diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Cilj diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti kakovost komunikacije in odnosov podrejenega kadra z nadrejenimi oziroma direktorjem ter predlagati nekatere možnosti za potencialne izboljšave. Podjetje, v katerem sem izvedla raziskavo, je pomemben gospodarski subjekt na področju prirejanja klasičnih iger na srečo. Ker gre za malo podjetje, je vloga direktorja bistvena, saj ta poleg drugih kadrovskih vidikov dejavno vpliva tudi na raven in kakovost komunikacije in odnosov v organizaciji.
Skozi analizo podatkov sem prišla do nekaterih zanimivih ugotovitev, in sicer, da prevladuje neposredna komunikacija med podrejenimi in nadrejenimi (direktorjem) in da so zaposleni z odnosom med podrejenimi in nadrejenimi zadovoljnejši kot s komunikacijo med podrejenimi in nadrejenimi. Tako do odnosov kot do komunikacije so bile anketiranke bolj kritične kot anketiranci. Koristno bi bilo ravno temu nameniti več pozornosti, in sicer s podrobnejšo analizo vzrokov za take razlike med anketiranci in anketirankami oziroma za višje nezadovoljstvo pri anketirankah.

The aim of the work was to determine the quality of communications and relationships between subordinate staff and supervisors (the director) and to propose some options for potential improvements. The company, in which I conducted the survey is an important economic subject in the field of organizing the classic gambling games. Because company is a small organization, the role of director is essential, in addition to other personnel functions, in active influence on the level and quality of communication and relationships within the organization.
Through data analysis I came to some interesting findings, namely that the direct communication is predominant way of communication between subordinates and superiors (the Director) that the employee find relations as much more satisfied than communication between subordinates and superiors. Female respondents are more critical than male respondents towards the relations as well toward communications between subordinates and superiors (the director). Among other things it would be useful to perform detailed analysis of the causes for such differences between male respondents and female respondents. |
