Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo primerjali ogrodji Kotlin za Android in Apache Cordova, tako, da smo naredili primerjavo v hitrosti delovanja, uporabi pomnilnika in odzivnosti grafičnega vmesnika med domorodno ter hibridno mobilno aplikacijo na več enostavnih praktičnih primerih. Z implementacijo in primerjavo mobilnih aplikacij z enakim delovanjem v obeh ogrodjih smo dokazali, da aplikacije implementirane v Kotlinu za Android delujejo hitreje, so bolj odzivne in porabijo manj pomnilnika od hibridnih aplikacij, implementiranih v ogrodju Apache Cordova.

Secondary title: Comparison of frameworks for native and hybrid mobile applications Kotlin for Android and Apache Cordova
Secondary abstract: In this diploma we compared Kotlin framework for Android and Apache Cordova framework, by comparing the speed of operations, memory usage and responsiveness of the graphical interface between the native and hybrid mobile applications on several simple practical examples. By implementing and comparing mobile applications with the same functionality in both frameworks, we have proven that applications implemented in Kotlin for Android run faster, have better responsiveness and less memory usage, than the hybrid applications implemented in the Apache Cordova framework.
