Zdravstvena nega pacienta po operaciji golše

Abstract

Diplomsko delo bo obravnavalo golšo in zdravstveno nego po operaciji golše. Golša je pogostejša pri ženskah, pomembno je tudi dedovanje. Diplomsko delo se deli na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je opisana ščitnica, bolezni ščitnice, golša, njeni simptomi, diagnostične metode za ugotavljanje, zdravljenje ter predoperativno in pooperativno obdobje. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljena študija primera pacientke po operacijo golše. Pacientko smo obravnavali po procesni metodi dela po modelu Marjory Gordon, s pomočjo 11. funkcionalnih vzorcih zdravega obnašanja. Podatke o pacientki smo dobili s pogovorom, iz medicinske in negovalne dokumentacije, s pogovorom z zdravstvenim in negovalnim timom. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov smo postavili negovalne diagnoze, naredili načrt zdravstvene nege, opisali izvedbo zdravstvene nege in na koncu zdravstveno nego vrednotili. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so najpogostejši negovalni problemi pri pacientu po operaciji golše: nevarnost infekcije, zmanjšana zmožnost za osebno higieno, motnje spanja, stresni sindrom zaradi zamenjave okolja, moteno doživljanje telesne podobe, bolečina in strah.

Secondary abstract:	The dissertation will discuss goitre and post-operative health care of goitre surgery. Goitre is more common among women, although inheritance is also important. The dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part the following is discussed: description of the thyroid gland, disorders of the thyroid gland, goitre and its symptoms, methods of diagnosis, treatment and the pre- and post-operative period. In the empirical part of the dissertation a case study of a patient after goitre surgery is analysed. The patient was treated according to the process method of work based on the model Marjory Gordon, with the help of the eleven functional health patterns. Patient data was obtained through conversation, from medical and nursing documentation and from discourse with the medical and nursing team. On the basis of all the accumulated data nursing diagnoses were made, the nursing care plan was created, the carrying out of the nursing care was described and at the end the health care was evaluated. Research results showed, that the most common nursing problems occurring during post-operation patient care of goitre surgery were the following: risk of infection, impaired ability of personal hygiene, sleep disorders, pain and fear.
