Abstract

V želji po izboljšanju napovedi vremenskih podatkov, ki jih za svoje delovanje potrebuje sistem za ugotavljanje meja obratovanja SUMO, smo v sodelovanju s podjetjem Operato d.o.o. raziskali možnosti uporabe računalništva v oblaku za izvajanje strojnega učenja napovednih modelov. Prvi del magistrske naloge je namenjen predstavitvi različnih vrst podatkovnih baz za hrambo podatkov v oblaku ter ponudnikov računalništva v oblaku, ki ponujajo navidezne računalniške vire kot spletno storitev, drugi del pa predstavitvi procesa vzpostavitve izvajalnega okolja za izvedbo analize in strojnega učenja v oblaku.

Secondary title: Analyzing data from SUMO system using cloud computing services
Secondary abstract: In order to improve the forecasting of weather data required for operation of SUMO, an operation limits determining system, we, in cooperation with Operato d.o.o., researched the possibilities of using cloud computing to implement machine learning of predictive models. The first part of the master's thesis is aimed at presenting different types of cloud storage databases and cloud computing providers that offer virtual computing resources as an online service, while the second part presents the process of setting up a computing platform for performing data analysis and machine learning in the cloud.
