Abstract

Psihični pritiski se pogosto pričnejo pojavljati kadar v podjetju ne gre vse po načrtih, ko podjetje ne dosega več svojih operativnih in strateških planov. Nadrejeni »pritiskajo« na zaposlene naj delajo več, dlje itd. Delavci pogosto izvajajo psihične pritiske na vodstvo in nadrejene saj npr. zaradi likvidnostnih težav podjetja ne izplačujejo pravočasno plač, pozabljajo na standarde za varnost pri delu, jih obravnavajo zgolj kot delovno silo. Vse to delavce v neki organizaciji spravlja v stanje nervoze, nelagodja itd. Kot vemo je plača lahko dober motivator za delo, a v času gospodarske krize se podjetja odločajo za reorganizacije in nižanje plač delavcem skratka so usmerjeni le v dobiček, kar privede do velikih nesoglasij. Tako zaidemo v začaran krog mobinga. Vodstva podjetij se ne zmenijo za žrtve mobinga in se ne čutijo odgovorne, žrtve pritiskajo na vodstvo ali iz obupa in iz nenada storijo nepremišljeno dejanje, ki škoduje njim in celotni organizaciji. Podjetja in druge ustanove, ki niso pripravljena poleg reševanja krize vložiti trud v reševanje problemov v zvezi z mobingom in ga primerno ter pravočasno zatirati, lahko pripelje podjetje v pogubo. Posledice mobinga se tako kažejo ne le na žrtvi ampak na organizaciji, kjer je žrtev delovala.

Secondary abstract: When in the company is not going all according to plan and it's not reaching more of its operational and strategic plans the psychological pressure often starts to rise. The superiors pressure on employees to work more, longer etc. Due to liquidity problems of the company workers often perform psychological pressure on superiors and leadership because the salary isn’t paid in time, safety standards are forgoten and are treated just as a labor. All these things in an organization put workers into a state of nervousness and discomfort. As we know the salary is a good motivator for work but in a time of economic crisis the companies decide for reorganization and reduction in the salary of employees, in short they are directed only to profit which leads to considerable disagreement. So that is the way we get in a vicious circle of mobbing. The management of the companies don’t care and don’t feel responsible for the victims of mobbing. Victims are pressuring on the management and from desperation suddenly thoughtlessness do an act which has a detrimental influence to them and the whole organization. Besides salving the crisis, companies and other institutions who are not willing to invest effort in solving problems related to mobbing, can bring the company into ruin. The consequences of mobbing can be seen not only on the victim but on the organization, where the victim worked.
