Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje stres zaposlenih v specifični vzgojno izobraževalni ustanovi. Razdeljena je na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu so podrobno predstavljene različne definicije stresa, biologija stresa, vrste stresa, stresorji, simptomi stresa in obvladovanje le tega. S pomočjo strokovne literature sem opisala otroke in mladostnike s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami, kaj so vzroki za nastanek teh motenj in kaj so cilji dela z otroki s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami. V nadaljevanju sem predstavila tudi specifični vzgojno izobraževalni zavod, kjer se ukvarjajo z otroki in mladostniki v času šolanja, ki imajo težave pri odraščanju in prilagajanju na socialno okolje, doma pa nimajo ustreznih pogojev za življenje, in z otroki, ki so prikrajšani za normalno družinsko življenje.
V empiričnem delu so prikazani rezultati anketnega vprašalnika, s pomočjo katerega sem želela potrditi ali ovreči domneve. Postavila sem pet domnev, tri domneve sem potrdila in dve domnevi ovrgla, in sicer: domneve delo učitelja in vzgojitelja je stresno, učiteljem in vzgojiteljem za premagovanje stresne situacije najbolj pomaga športna aktivnost in stres na delovnem mestu vpliva na zasebno življenje smo potrdili, domnevi: učitelji se lažje soočajo s stresom na delovnem mestu kot vzgojitelji in učitelji in vzgojitelji, ki se udeležujejo vsaj treh aktivnosti vodenih s strani zavoda, stres doživljajo manj pogosto pa sem ovrgla.

Secondary abstract: |
In the diploma thesis the stress of employees in a specific educational institute is discussed. In the theoretical part of the diploma theses various definitions of stress, its biology, types of stress, stressors, stress symptoms and management of it are presented and discussed. Having studied literature focusing on children and adolescents with emotional and behavioural disorders in the diploma theses the causes of these disorders and the objectives of working with children with emotional and behavioural disorders are described and discussed. Furthermore, a specific educational institution which deals with those children and adolescents is presented. This educational institution is schooling children who have difficulties in growing up and adapting to the social environment at home, they do not have proper conditions for life, and are deprived of a normal family life.
In the empirical part of the diploma theses the results of the questionnaire are presented. There have been five hypotheses. According to the questionnaire’s results three of them have been confirmed and two of them turned out to be wrong. The final findings of the empirical part of the diploma theses are: firstly, working as a teacher or an educator is stressful, secondly, for teachers and educators to overcome stressful situations sport activities are the best way to do it, thirdly, stress at work affects teachers’ and educators’ family life. According to the results of the questionnaire there are no essential differences at coping with stress between teachers and educators, as well as attending at least three activities to cope with stress conducted by the educational institute doesn’t reduce experiencing stress. |
