Abstract

V svojem diplomskem delu z naslovom Slikanica Zlatolaska in trije medvedi kot izhodišče matematičnih dejavnosti smo predstavili med področno povezovanje matematike in jezika v vrtcu. Konkretno smo vsebino otroške literature povezali z matematičnimi dejavnostmi. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili področje matematike v vrtcu. V ospredje smo postavili dejavnosti matematike, ki smo jih razdelili na vsakodnevne spontane dejavnosti in načrtovane dejavnosti v vrtcu. Poudarili smo pomen vloge vzgojitelja pri učenju področja matematike. Velik poudarek smo v diplomskem delu namenili med področnemu povezovanju, še posebej matematike in jezika v vrtcu. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili pomembnost uporabe otroške slikanice v vrtcu, še posebej v povezavi z matematično vsebino. Kot izhodišče smo v diplomskem delu uporabili slikanico Zlatolaska in trije medvedi. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo najprej predstavili matematične dejavnosti in jih nato izvedli v vrtcu Otona Župančiča Slovenska Bistrica na enoti Zgornja Ložnica. Glavni cilj teh dejavnosti je, da otrokom približamo matematiko na zabaven način in jih ob vsebini zgodbe popeljemo skozi zanimive matematične dejavnosti. S pomočjo vsebine slikanice smo zastavili matematične dejavnosti, ki so bile vezane na zgodbo. V drugem delu našega praktičnega dela diplomskega dela smo s pomočjo tabel predstavili ugotovitve pri izvedbi matematičnih dejavnosti. Ugotovitve so pokazale, da so bili otroci pri matematičnih dejavnostih uspešni. Izkazalo se je tudi, da je matematična zgodba dobra podlaga za izpeljavo matematičnih dejavnosti.

Secondary abstract: In our diploma thesis entitled The picture book "Goldilocks and the three bears" as a starting point for mathematical activities, we presented the interdisciplinary connection of mathematics and language in kindergarten. Specifically, we connected the content of children's literature with mathematical activities. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis we presented the field of mathematics in kindergarten. We focused on mathematics activities, which were divided into daily spontaneous activities, and planned kindergarten activities. We also emphasized the importance of the role of the educator in learning mathematics. In the diploma thesis, we placed great emphasis on interdisciplinary connections, especially mathematics and language in kindergarten. In the thesis we presented the importance of using children's picture books in kindergarten, especially in connection with mathematical content. As a starting point, we used the picture book Goldilocks and the three bears. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, we first presented mathematical activities, and then practically introduced them in the kindergarten of Oton Župančič Slovenska Bistrica - unit Zgornja Ložnica. The main aim of these activities was to introduce mathematics to children in an interesting and fun way, and to take them through interesting mathematical activities along with the content of the story. In the second part of our practical part of the diploma thesis, we presented our findings in tables. The research has showed that the children are successful in mathematics activities. It has also proved that a mathematical story is an efficient basis for accomplishing mathematical activities.
