Šokovna stanja in kompetence medicinske sestre

Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na teoretičnih vsebinah, uporabljena je deskriptivna metoda dela, in sicer s proučevanjem strokovne literature. V uvodnem delu je opredeljeno področje problema, namen in cilji ter raziskovalna vprašanja, s pomočjo katerih smo poskušali priti do odgovora, ki ga zahteva naslov diplomskega dela. V vsebinskem delu smo predstavili različne definicije šoka, vrste, stadije, klinično sliko, etiologijo, diferencialno diagnozo in diagnozo šoka, naloge medicinskih sester ob nastopu šoka in po njem ter zdravljenje. Nato smo opredelili pojem kompetenca, predstavili kompetentnost v zdravstveni negi, zakonodajo in etični kodeks zdravstvenih delavcev. V diplomskem delu smo želeli posebej opozoriti na nedorečenost kompetenc diplomiranih medicinskih sester pri šokovnih stanjih, kadar zdravnik ni prisoten. Razrešitev tega problema je dobra za vse, konkretno velika razbremenitev za diplomirane medicinske sestre, koristna pa najbolj za same paciente.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis is based on the theoretical content, using the descriptive method of work, namely the study of literature. The introduction defines the scope of the problem, purpose and objectives and research questions, through which we try to get to the answer required by the title of the diploma work. At first we have presented different definitions of shock, types, stages, clinical presentation, etiology, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of shock, tasks of a nurse at the onset of shock and treatment. Then we defined the notion of competence and presented competency in health care, law and code of ethics of health professionals. In this thesis we wanted to draw attention to the ambiguity of competencies of nurse dealing with shock state in a situation where a doctor is not present. Resolvance of this problem is good for everyone involved, it is especially a great relief for graduate nurses, but particulary useful for patients.
