(magistrsko delo)
Abstract
Analizo in same rezultate smo predstavili v grafih ter tabelah, narejenih s pomočjo računalniških programov Excel in SPSS.
Rezultati.

which management styles are used by head nurses in individual departments of health organizations,
whether the employees in health organizations are satisfied at work,
whether the employees have opportunity to take part in managements strategies in health organizations, and
whether there is a correlation between particular management styles and employees’ satisfaction.
The analysis and the results are presented by the graphs and charts, made by the use of the computer programme Excel and SPSS.
Results. The results show that head nurses use a democratic management style, and that employees are satisfied with their work. It was also established that they can take an active part in the development strategy of their organization.
Conclusions. The master thesis is concluded by final findings, and, at the end, constructive suggestions for enhancing the satisfaction of employees at work and creating positive and unique work results are presented as the outcome of detailed result analysis. |
