Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega pregled dejavnikov opustitve spletnega nakupovanja in vpliv razpoložljivosti oz. možnosti izbire načina plačila na končni spletni nakup. Raziskala sem odnos potrošnikov do spletnega nakupa, do zasebnosti podatkov na spletu in odnos do spletnega nakupovalnega vozička ter katere oblike plačila spletnega nakupa so tiste, ki se jih potrošniki raje poslužujejo. Do končnih ugotovitev sem prišla z analizo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika, s katerim sem ugotovila, da med najbolj priljubljene načine plačila prek spleta spadajo plačilo s kartico, PayPalom in plačilo po povzetju. Med pomembne dejavnike spletnega nakupa spadajo tudi spletna zasebnost, zaupanje prodajalcu, da osebnih in finančnih podatkov ne bo delil s tretjo osebo, in možnost dodatne avtentikacije ob nakupu.

Secondary title: The Impact of Available Types of Payment on the Level of Sale Conversion
Secondary abstract: The thesis includes an overview of abandonment of online shopping factors and the impact of payment method availability on the final online purchase. I researched the attitudes of consumers towards online shopping, online data privacy, attitudes towards the online shopping cart and preferable online payment methods. I came to the final conclusion through the analysis of an online survey and found that the most popular online payment methods are card payment, PayPal, and cash on delivery payment. Important factors in online shopping include online privacy, trusting the seller to not share personal and financial information with third parties, and the possibility of additional payment authentication at the time of purchase.
