Secondary abstract: | Anja Štefan's Drobtine iz mišje doline (Tunes from Mousedale Dunes) from 2017 is one of the most distinctive and innovative poetry collections for children in recent years. The collection is produced in the form of a picture book illustrated by Alenka Sottler. The paper analyses the work's quality and innovativeness from three perspectives: its words and pictures, its sounds and meaning, as well as its cover and reception, interpreting the picture book using a comparative approach in the light of the author's other poetry collections. |
