Abstract

Doživele so prelomnico.

Pandemic phenomenon had brought with it deployment of measures, which sould ease the possibility of getting infected. People started working from their homes, because of the fear some of them didn't even leave the house. Because of the fast spreading of the virus all non urgent businesses had to close. Among others also all the stores except urgent had to close their physical stores. This has caused a major change in spenders everyday shopping routine. If they wanted to buy anything else than just necessary things, they needed to start using online shopping, even if they haven't done it before. Expectations are that online shopping has increased because of pandemic.
