Abstract
V zaključni nalogi nas zanima povečanje produktivnosti oziroma zmanjšanje izgub v proizvodnji s pomočjo vitkih metod, ob čim manjših finančnih investicijah. Zato smo v izbranem podjetju kjer vpeljujejo vitke metode v proizvodnji na oddelku stiskalnic s pomočjo OEE-ja identificirali problem, ki bi ga lahko rešili s pomočjo metod SMED in 5S. OEE za obstoječe stanje je znašal 48 %. Problem je predstavljala menjava materiala na 200 tonski stiskalnici. Metodo SMED smo vpeljali na novo, pri metodi 5S pa je šlo le za ponovno vzpostavitev, saj jo je podjetje že predhodno uvedlo. Pri vpeljevanju vitkih načel smo si pomagali s špagetnim diagramom, posnetkom menjave in analizo z delovnim timom . Tako smo prišli do predlogov za izboljšave, za katere smo se kasneje na podlagi kriterija cene in povrnitve investicije tudi odločili. S pomočjo izvedenih izboljšav nam je uspelo čas menjave skrajšati iz 12.14 minut na 7.59 minut, kar pomeni 65,3 % osnovnega časa menjave. Ta časovni prihranek je privedel do finančnega prihranka 14.631,9 € v lastni ceni izdelka v enem letu. Vzporedno smo na 56 % zvišali tudi OEE. Investicija pa bo predvidoma povrnjena v 0,007 leta.

In my final assignement we looked into raising productivity or minimizing wastes in the production using lean methods and minimal financial investements. To achieve that in the chosen company, where lean methods are being introduced into production, we identified the problem using OEE, which was 48 %. We indentified the problem as material change on a die press, which could be solved by introducing SMED method and restoring 5S method. With the help of spaghetti diagram, video of change of material, and analysis with the work team, we came up with propositions for improvements, that were executed based on price criteria and return of investement. Time of material change was shortened from 12:14 minutes to 7:59 minutes, which represents 65,3% of the original time. With this time savings we saved 14.631,9 € in cost price of the product in 1 year span. We also raised OEE to 56 % and expect fort the investement to be returned in 0,007 years time. |
