Secondary abstract: | In the master's thesis we studied how the COVID-19 epidemic affected the use of qualified digital certificates in Slovenia. With the help of an online survey and comparisons of some results with data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia, we found that individuals most often use digital certificates for e-signing and submitting various e-applications. The impact of the epidemic is mainly reflected in the different proportions of the use of online services compared to the period before the epidemic. |
