Abstract
Diplomsko delo predstavlja organizacijo usposabljanja medicinskih sester v Splošni bolnišnici „dr. Franca Derganca“ Nova Gorica (v nadaljevanju: zavod, bolnišnica), kjer smo izvedli raziskavo, v kateri smo zajeli osebje, ki je zaposleno v zdravstveni negi (medicinske sestre in zdravstvene tehnike).
V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo povzeli teoretična izhodišča izobraževanja in usposabljanja, proces usposabljanja, potrebe po usposabljanju, oblikovanje in razvoj programa ter evalvacijo usposabljanja. Predstavili smo strokovno usposabljanje zdravstvenih delavcev v zdravstveni negi in njihovo delovanje v povezavi z izpolnjevanjem kriterijev doseganja licence za opravljanja samostojne negovalne dejavnosti. Prvi del diplomskega dela obsega tudi predstavitev zavoda in njegovega delovanja.
V empiričnem delu diplome smo najprej prikazali trenutno stanje v zavodu na področju organizacije usposabljanja zaposlenih. S, podatki pridobljenimi z anketo, smo ugotovili obstoječe stanje organizacije usposabljanja medicinskih sester v zavodu in izven njega, omogočenost usposabljanja in izobraževanja s strani zavoda za zaposlene, učinkovitost in prenos znanja po strokovnih seminarjih na delovno mesto ter udeleženost zaposlenih na prostovoljnih in določenih usposabljanjih s strani pravilnikov, obvezujočih za zaposlene v zdravstveni negi.
Na osnovi spoznanj smo izdelali osnutek programa usposabljanja za zaposlene v zdravstveni negi, ki temelji na evidentiranju in preglednosti udeleževanja zaposlenih na izobraževanjih in usposabljanjih.

The present work is dealing with the organisation of education and training of medical care personnel in the public hospital of „Splošna bolnišnica dr. Franca Derganca“. For the purposes of this diploma we made a research among the employees.
The first part of this work summons theoretical basics of education and training, processes of training, training needs, form and development of the educational or training programme and evaluation of training seminars. We presented the training of the medical care personnel in the correlation with the licence criteria. In this first part we also described the organisation and its functioning.
We proceeded we the empirical part, which collects data to show the present state of education and training in the specific organisation, how this organisation deals with education and training, if all the personnel has the same possibility to attend to seminars and courses and how the obligation of certain seminars influences the attendance of the seminars.
This work concludes with a proposal of the educational programme, based on results retrieved in the research. The programme is based in evidencing the attendance of the seminars by the medical care personnel. |
