Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo snovali vpenjalno pripravo za vpenjanje odlitka z nazivom prirobno parno cedilo. Zgradba vpenjalne priprave je modularna in tako omogoča vpenjanje odlitkov treh različnih dimenzij. Pri njenem razvoju smo imeli ves čas v mislih zahteve, ki jih mora izpolnjevati, da bo na njej mogoče ustrezno obdelati obdelovance. Vpenjalno pripravo smo morali zgraditi tako, da lahko nasprotuje vplivom odrezovalnih sil, omogoča natančno pozicioniranje in zadostno ponovljivost vpenjanja. Ob tem pa smo morali biti pozorni še na ergonomičnost in enostavnost vpenjanja zato, da lahko delavec čim hitreje in kar se da enostavno vpne obdelovanec. Določili smo še obdelovalne postopke, za katere smo izbrali ustrezna orodja in rezalne parametre. Na podlagi teh podatkov smo na koncu izbrali še ustrezen obdelovalni stroj.

Secondary title: Design of a modular clamping device for the machining of a flanged steam strainer
Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we designed a clamping device for clamping a casting called a flanged steam strainer. The construction of the clamping device is modular and thus enables the clamping of castings of three different dimensions. During its development, we always kept in mind the requirements it must meet in order to be able to process the workpieces properly. The clamping fixture had to be designed in such a way that it can oppose the effects of the cutting forces, to enable precise positioning and to allow sufficient clamping repeatability. We also had to pay attention to ergonomics and ease of clamping, so that the worker can clamp the workpiece as quickly and easily as possible. We have also defined the machining processes for which we have selected the appropriate tools and cutting parameters. Finally, we used this information to select the right processing machine.
