Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali z izbiro najustreznejše storitve v podjetju X. V podjetju X so se odločili, da bodo uvedli novo storitev. Odločali so se med tremi alternativami: ročna poslikava na čevlje, ročna poslikava na oblačila in ročna poslikava na torbe in kovčke. Problem smo obravnavali z marketinškega vidika in vidika analize odločanja. Na začetku diplomske naloge smo opisali glavne značilnosti storitev in odločanja (poudarek smo dali odločanju po več kriterijih hkrati). V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika in rezultate večkriterijskega odločanja. S pomočjo odgovorov v anketnem vprašalniku smo ugotovili, da bi bila poslikava na oblačila najboljša izbira, saj je tudi največ potencialnih odjemalcev povedalo, da bi najraje imeli to poslikavo. Prav tako bi bila poslikava na oblačila najboljša izbira z vidika analiz odločanja, saj prinaša največ ugodnosti in ima največjo agregirano vrednost po vseh kriterijih hkrati.

Choosing the most appropriate service in company X through multicriteria decision-making |
Secondary abstract: |
In the diploma thesis, we dealt with the selection of the most appropriate services in company X. In company X, they had decided to introduce new services. They were choosing between three alternatives: hand painting on shoes, hand painting on clothes and hand painting on bags and suitcases. We addressed the problem from a marketing point of view and from a decision analysis point of view. At the beginning of the thesis, we described the main characteristics of service and decision-making (we emphasized decisionmaking based on several criteria at the same time). In the empirical part, we presented the results of the survey based on questionnaire and the results of multi-criteria decision making. With the help of the answers in the survey questionnaire, we found that the painting on the clothes would be the best choice, since the largest number of potential customers also said that they would prefer this painting. Also, painting on clothes would be the best choice from a decision analysis point of view, as it brings the greatest benefit. Also, painting on clothes would be the best choice from the point of view of decision analysis, as it brings the most benefits and has the greatest aggregated value according to all criteria at the same time. |
