Ukrepanje ob množičnih nesrečah

Abstract

Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega (raziskovalnega) dela. V teoretičnem delu je najprej predstavljeno ukrepanje ob množičnih nesrečah in vrste množičnih nesreč. Poznamo več vrst množičnih nesreč: poplave, zemeljski plazovi, snežni plazovi, požari, nevarne snovi-terorizem, potresi ter nesreče v cestnem železniškem in letalskem prometu. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena organizacija služb nujne medicinske pomoči, glavni zdravnik, naloge reševalca-diplomirani zdravstvenik, primarna in sekundarna triaža poškodovancev, organiziranost prevozov, komunikacija med ekipami in sodelovanje z drugimi intervencijskimi službami, oprema, dokumentacija ter izobraževanja na temo množične nesreče. Predstavljena bo tudi vaja RDEČI ALARM, ki je potekala v organizaciji Reševalne službe in službe nujne medicinske pomoči Zdravstvenega doma Slovenska Bistrica. Podatki, potrebni za empirični del diplomske naloge, so dobljeni s pomočjo ankete, ki so jo izpolnili zdravstveni tehniki in diplomirani zdravstveniki v Slovenski Bistrici, Mariboru in Slovenskih Konjicah. Anketa je bila izvedena anonimno v mesecu oktobru 2012, sodelovalo je 60 zdravstvenih delavcev. Uporabljena je bila deskriptivna metoda, ankete pa so v diplomskem delu analizirane in interpretirane.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma has theoretical and empirical (research) part. In the theoretical part there are represented the actions of mass accidents and different kinds of mass accidents. We know different types of mass accidents: floods, landslides, snowslides, fires, dangerous substances-terrorism, earthquakes and accidents in the street traffic, railway traffic and air traffic. Moreover, it is represented the organization of the duties of the emergency medical service, the head doctor, the duties of the rescuer-graduate health worker, primary and secondary triage of the injured people, transport organization, communication between the teams and cooperation with other interventionist services, equipment, documentation, mass accidents education. The RED ALARM practice is going to be represented; this practice was done with the organization of Rescue service and with the emergency medical service of the health centre Slovenska Bistrica. The information for the empirical part of the diploma was gained with the help of the opinion polls which were filled in by health technicians and graduate health workers in Slovenska Bistrica, Maribor and Slovenske Konjice. The opinion polls were anonymously done in October 2012 with a cooperation of 60 health workers. Descriptive method was used; however the opinion polls were analyzed and interpreted.
