Secondary abstract: | This work deals with dynamic model of helicopter propeller and its dynamic response to shock load during operation. First, a simplified physical model of the helicopter propeller is developed as a system of rigid bodies, connected with torsional dampers and springs. This is followed by the derivation of the equations of motion, system of which represents a numerical model of the system under consideration. Results of our work include the simulation of rotation of the helicopter propeller blade and the analysis of blade response to shock load during operation. |
