Abstract

Diplomsko delo je nastalo na podlagi obravnave realnega primera v podjetju Daihen Varstroj, d. d. Izhodišče naše obravnave je kupčevo naročilo robotske celice za varjenje kovinskih stojal, pri čemer smo proučili in izbrali ustrezno robotsko varilno opremo, izvedli kalkulacije zvarov pri različnih varilnih postopkih in na koncu izdelali še stroškovno kalkulacijo različnih postopkov varjenja. Cilj diplomskega dela je najti ustrezno tehnično rešitev za kupca, da bo omogočala zagotavljanje zadostnega števila kakovostno izdelanih kovinskih stojal na teden s čim nižjimi stroški izdelave le-teh, in dokazati stroškovno upravičenost nakupa robotske opreme za varjenje kovinskih stojal. Ob izbiri ustrezne opreme je treba upoštevati nabavno vrednost, taktni čas izdelave za eno stojalo, stroške izdelave in tudi kakovost zavarjenih kosov. V diplomskem delu smo dokazali, da so v primeru varilne robotske celice z varilnim postopkom Synchro-feed vse te štiri točke dosežene optimalno v primerjavi z drugimi razpoložljivimi postopki oz. opremo.

Secondary title: Cost Evaluation of Buying a Robotic Cell for Welding Metal Stands – Case Study
Secondary abstract: The thesis was created based on the consideration of a real case in the company Daihen Varstroj d. d. The starting point of our consideration is the customer's order for a robotic cell for welding metal stands, where we studied and selected the appropriate robotic welding equipment, performed weld calculations for various welding processes and, finally, cost calculation of various welding processes. The aim of the thesis is to find an appropriate technical solution for the customer, which will enable the provision of a sufficient number of quality-made metal stands per week, with the lowest possible production costs and to prove the cost evaluation of the purchase of robotic equipment for welding metal stands. When choosing the appropriate equipment, it is necessary to take into account the purchase price, the production time for one stand, the production costs and also the quality of the welded pieces. In the thesis, we proved that in the case of a robotic welding cell with the Synchro-feed welding process, all these four points are achieved optimally compared to other available processes or equipment.
