Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen koncept Industrije 4.0. Predstavljene so tehnologije, ki jih Industrija 4.0 zajema, njihove prednosti ter smer v katero se razvijajo. Tehnologije Industrije 4.0 na področjih celovitega upravljanja s podjetjem ter proizvodnega procesa, smo predstavili na primeru iz podjetja RaMaX engineering d.o.o. Raziskali smo tudi postopek implementacije Industrije 4.0 v proizvodna podjetja, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na modele pripravljenosti, ki ocenjujejo stopnjo pripravljenosti podjetij na Industrijo 4.0 ter na modele zrelosti, ki ocenjujejo stopnjo zrelosti podjetij glede na Industrijo 4.0. Enega izmed modelov pripravljenosti smo uporabili za oceno pripravljenosti obravnavanega podjetja RaMaX engineering d.o.o.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis introduces the concept of Industry 4.0. It presents the technologies covered by Industry 4.0, their advantages, and the direction in which they are evolving. Industry 4.0 technologies in the areas of integrated business management and production process are presented using the example of RaMaX engineering company. We also explored the process of implementing Industry 4.0 in manufacturing companies, focusing on readiness models that assess the level of readiness of companies for Industry 4.0 and maturity models that assess the level of maturity of companies with respect to Industry 4.0. One of the readiness models was used to assess the readiness of the RaMaX engineering company.
