Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje izdelavo in avtomatizacijo naprave za izsek lukenj v PVC plašče malih grelnikov vode. Podjetje, ki je napravo naročilo, je bilo TIKI D. O. O., ker so hoteli avtomatizirati to proizvodnjo. Pred tem so luknje izsekavali z ročnim luknjačem. Delo je potekalo tako, da smo najprej preučili njihov problem in nato prišli do ustrezne rešitve. Sledila je izdelava elektro in strojnih načrtov. Po končani izdelavi načrtov pa izdelava naprave. Program je bil napisan v Siemensovem programu TIA portal. Po končanih vseh testih smo napravo ustrezno zapakirali in z vso potrebno dokumentacijo poslali v podjetje.

Secondary abstract: Thesis describes the manufacture and automation of a device for cutting holes in PVC coats of small water heaters. The company that ordered the device was TIKI D.O.O, as they wanted to automate this production. Prior to that, the holes were drilled on a hand drill. The work was carried out by first examining their problem and then coming up with a solution accordingly. This was followed by the production of electrical and mechanical plans. After the plans are made, the device is made. The program was written in the Siemens TIA portal program. After completing all the tests, we packed the device properly and sent it to the company with all the necessary documentation.
