diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
Tema diplomskega dela je povezanost managementa in kadrovske funkcije. Poskušali bomo prikazati pomembnost razvoja kadrovske funkcije, ki je imela v preteklosti predvsem administrativno vlogo, zdaj pa se vse pogosteje pojavlja kot poslovna in organizacijska funkcija. Planiranje kadrov je v Sloveniji še vedno premalo razvito, vendar pa igra pomembno vlogo pri delu s človeškimi viri. Če kadrov ne načrtujemo, se pojavljajo različni problemi, ki jih bomo opisali v diplomskem delu.

Thesis theme is integration of management and HRM. We will try to show the importance of development od HRM, which had in the past mostly administrative role, but is now being recognized as a business and organizational function. Staff planning in Slovenia is still underdeveloped but it plays a vital role in working with human resources. If we are not planning staff, different problems appear, which we will describe in the thesis. |
