Abstract

Secondary title: Supportive environment for entrepreneurship development in Slovenia
Secondary abstract: We are looking at the problem of a supportive environment for the entrepreneurship development in Slovenia, which is not only an important area for enterprising individuals, but also for the economic growth of the country. Since the entrepreneurial process itself is often too complex for entrepreneurs who choose to take an independent entrepreneurial path, a supportive environment has developed to provide entrepreneurs with comprehensive support services. The purpose of the thesis is thus to explore the supportive environment for the entrepreneurship development, to familiarize yourself with operational activities and to gain insight into the types of entities in Slovenia. As part of the thesis, the aim is to explore efficiency and find solutions to improve the supporting environment for the entrepreneurship development in Slovenia. In the theoretical work, we defined the definition of entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial process, the importance of entrepreneurship for economic development and the role of enterprise policy, based on a review of existing domestic and foreign literature. In the research work, we obtained answers through a qualitative method of research, interviewing, to answer the research questions asked. During our research, we found that the supportive environment in Slovenia is efficient, but it still faces obstacles in operation. We suggest that the Republic of Slovenia focus on unification of business policy and creates programs in the framework of which it will try to remove the obstacles that operators face in the context of the action, as entrepreneurship has a positive impact not only on the entrepreneur, but also on the country's economic growth.
