diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje
Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem najprej na kratko predstavil podjetje Šeško d. o. o., nato pa postopke preoblikovanja pločevine in krivljenja oz. upogibanja pločevine, ki se v podjetju pogosto uporabljajo. V jedru diplomskega dela sem določal razvite dolžine pločevine pri različnih procesnih pogojih upogibanja. Uporabljal sem različne metode razvijanja in iskal najnatančnejšo.
Za razvijanje sem uporabil tri različne metode: razvijanje s programoma SolidWorks in BySoft7 in razvijanje z lastnim pristopom oz. s preračuni. Preizkušanci so bili iz aluminija in nerjavečega jekla ter dveh različnih debelin. Krivljenje se je izvajalo na dveh različnih kombinacijah orodij. Po primerjavi in analizi rezultatov sem ugotovil, da je v našem primeru najbolj natančen postopek razvijanja pločevine s programom BySoft7.

In my diploma thesis, I first briefly presented the company Šeško d. o. o., and then the processes of sheet metal transformation and bending of sheet metal, which are often used in the company. In the core of the task, I determined the developed lengths of the sheet, under different bending process conditions. I used different developing methods and was looking for the most accurate one.
I used three different methods for development: development with SolidWorks and BySoft7 programs and development with my own approach or calculations. The test pieces were made of aluminum and stainless steel and of two different thicknesses. The bending was performed on two different combinations of tools. After comparing and analyzing the results, I found that in our case, the most accurate sheet metal development process is with the BySoft7 program. |
