Abstract

Secondary title: A graphical editor of skills for a smart chatbot assistant
Secondary abstract: Smart chatbots and virtual assistants are becoming everpresent, however, the development of their skills and applications remains very complex and requires good programming and domain-specific knowledge. For the time-efficient development of a simple chatbot that can be used for companies or at home, the user requires an accessible and simple-to-use tool. Due to user experience being crucial in such software, it has been developed using elements of user-driven development. In this thesis, we present motivations for our works and the development process of our graphical editor of skills for a smart chatbot assistant, from design to implementation, user testing and user experience evaluation.
