Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je obravnavan vpliv zasnove sinhronskega stroja z notranjimi trajnimi magneti (IPM) s ciljem razširitve območja konstantne moči z vodenjem v orientaciji polja. Z ustrezno zasnovo rotorja (tj. postavitvijo in obliko žepov za trajne magnete in postavitvijo in obliko dodatnih zračnih žepov) lahko vplivamo na območje delovanja vodenega IPM. Vpliv je lahko različen v različnih območjih obratovanja: z ustrezno zasnovo lahko na primer povečamo maksimalni navor v območju delovanja s konstantnim navorom, vendar se lahko zniža meja obratovanja v področju konstantne moči (tj. slabljenju polja). Rezultat zasnove je lahko tudi takšen, da se meja zviša v obeh območjih delovanja, kar predstavlja glavni cilj magistrske naloge. V magistrski nalogi je izvedena analiza referenčnega sinhronskega stroja z notranjimi trajnimi magneti, ki se uporablja v brezkrtačnih pogonih, le ti pa v ročnih orodjih podjetja Hilti. Analiza zajema inducirano napetost, magnetne sklepe, lastne in medsebojne inuktivnosti v triosnem (a, b, c) koordinatnem sistemu ter nato v transformiranem dq-koorninatnem sistemu. Izvedena je analiza komponent navora in maksimalnega navora glede na tok (MTPA). Analizirano je delovanje stroja v področju slabljenja magnetnega polja trajnega magneta. V drugem delu je izvedena analiza referenčnega stroja vendar brez trajnih magnetov. S tem analiziramo vpliv reluktance stroja. Analiza vklučuje magnete sklepe, lastne in medsebojnih induktivnosti v triosnem koordinatnem sistemu in v transformiranem dq-koordinatnem sistemu. V zadnjem delu naloge sledi implementacija novih zasnov rotorja sinhronskega stroja z notranjimi trajnimi magneti in analiza ter primerjava navora, induktivnosti in navorne karatkeristike v področju delovanja MTPA in v področju slabljenja polja

Impact of interior permanent magnet rotor design on operation range of a synchronous machine |

The master's thesis investigates the impact of the design of a synchronous machine with internal permanent magnets (IPM) with the aim of expanding the constant power operation range with field-oriented control. With proper rotor design the operating range of the controlled IPM can be influenced. The impact can be different in different operating ranges: with appropriate design, for example, the maximum torque can be increased in the constant torque operating range, but the operating limit in the constant power operation range (i.e. field-weakening range) can be decreased. The result of the design can also be such that the limit increases in both areas of operation, which is the main goal of the master's thesis. In the thesis, an analysis of the reference IPM synchronous machine, which is used in brushless drives, and these in hand power tools of the Hilti company, is carried out. The analysis includes the electromotive force, flux-linkages, self and mutual inductances in the triaxial (a, b, c) coordinate system and then in the transformed dq-coordinate system. An analysis of torque components and maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) is performed. The operation of the IPM machine in the field-weakening area is analyzed. In the second part, the analysis of the reference IPM machine is carried out, but without permanent magnets. With this, we analyze the influence of the reluctance of the machine. The analysis includes flux-linkages, self and mutual inductances in the triaxial coordinate system and in the transformed dq-coordinate system. The last part of the thesis is the implementation, analysis and comparison of the new rotor designs of the IPM synchronous machine with reference IPM machine. |
