Proučitev okoljske sheme Slovenia Green Accommodation in smernice za slovenske turistične kmetije

Abstract

Slovenske turistične kmetije z nastanitvijo so zakoreninjene v tradicionalnosti in kreativnosti in so gradnik avtentične izkušnje na podeželju. Zanimalo nas je, zakaj je v okoljski shemi Slovenia Green Accommodation od ponudnikov zgolj 12 turističnih kmetij. V teoretičnih izhodiščih smo izvedli pregled literature, kjer smo spoznali specifike okoljskih shem, raziskali okoljske sheme na mednarodni, evropski in nacionalnih ravneh. Natančneje smo preučili Zeleno shemo slovenskega turizma za ponudnike nastanitev in značilnosti slovenskih turističnih kmetij. V empiričnem delu smo s kvalitativno in kvantitativno raziskavo ugotavljali, zakaj turistične kmetije številnejše ne pridobijo mednarodnega okoljskega znaka in se posledično vključijo v ZSST Green Accommodation za ponudnike nastanitev. S pridobitvijo stališč strokovnih institucij (odločevalcev) ter predstavnikov certificiranih in necertificiranih turističnih kmetij je bilo ugotovljeno, da razlogi izhajajo iz previsokih stroškov, zapletene administracije vstopa in vzdrževanja okoljskega znaka ter manka napotkov za turistične kmetije. Ti razlogi vodijo, ker politika pri pristopu od »zgoraj navzdol« in »od spodaj navzgor« ni optimalno zastavljena, zato so bile oblikovane smernice za pospešen vstop turističnih kmetij v Zeleno shemo slovenskega turizma za ponudnike.

Secondary abstract:	Slovenian tourist farms with accommodation are rooted in tradition and creativity, and they serve as the foundation for a truly authentic rural experience. We were curious as to why only 12 tourist farms are included in the Slovenia Green Accommodation environmental scheme. In the theoretical background, we conducted a review of the literature, where we learned about specific environmental schemes and researched them at the international, European, and national levels. In greater depth, we looked into the Green Scheme of Slovenian Tourism for Accommodation Providers and the characteristics of Slovenian tourist farms. Through qualitative and quantitative research, we discovered why tourist farms do not obtain the international environmental label and, as a result, do not join ZSST Green Accommodation as an accommodation provider. Excessive costs, complicated administration of entry, maintenance of the eco-label and a lack of guidance for tourist farms were presented as causes, based on the opinions of professional institutions (decision-makers) and representatives of certified and non-certified tourist farms. These are the primary causes because the policy of top-down and bottom-up policy approaches is not optimally set, which is why guidelines for the accelerated entry of tourist farms into Slovenia's Green Scheme for Providers have been developed.
