Abstract

Stanje procesnega zraka v sušilnem aparatu s toplotno črpalko se skozi čas neprestano spreminja. V magistrskem delu je bilo raziskano ali časovno spremenljiv sušilni proces vpliva na delovanje parno kompresijskega sistema. V prvi fazi je bila na eksperimentalni postaji, ki omogoča zvezno nastavljanje parametrov procesnega zraka, napravljena simulacija realnega sušilnega procesa. V drugi fazi je bilo ovrednoteno delovanje parno kompresijskega sistema pod ustaljenimi pogoji procesnega zraka. Rezultati niso pokazali razlik med delovanjem pod časovno odvisnimi in ustaljenimi pogoji, kar pomeni, da je z vidika delovanja parno kompresijskega sistema sušilni proces v aparatu s toplotno črpalko kvazistacionaren proces.

Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis, it was investigated whether the transient drying process in a heat pump tumble dryer affects the operation of the vapor compression system. In the first phase, a simulation of a real drying process was made on an experimental test bed, that allows continuous setting of process air parameters. In the second phase, the performance of the vapor compression system was evaluated under steady-state conditions of the process air. The results showed no differences between operation under transient and steady-state conditions, which means that from the point of view of the vapor compression system, the drying process in a tumble dryer is a quasi-stationary process.
