Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali čiščenje in zaščito avstenitnih nerjavnih jekel. O nerjavnih jeklih govorimo, ko njihova sestava vsebuje minimalno 10,5 % kroma. Pri TIG varjenju jekel v zvar vnašamo toplotne energije, zato se zgornja zaščitna plast poškoduje in oksidira - toplotno obarva. Ta plast je porozna in ne zaščiti osnovne kovine pred korozijo, zato jo je potrebno mehansko in/ali kemično odstraniti. Izbira postopka čiščenja je odvisna od zahtev naročnika, proizvodnje oz. od željene kvalitete končne površine. Pripravili smo dve različni obliki testnih zvarjencev. Test A je zvarjen soležno z neprevarjenim korenom, test B pa je zvarjen kotno pod kotom 60 ° iz obeh strani. Teste smo čistili z osmimi različnimi postopki čiščenja, na koncu primerjali hitrost čiščenja in ocenili kvaliteto očiščene površine.

Cleaning and protection of TIG welds from austenitic stainless steel |
Secondary abstract: |
In the master's degree, we presented the cleaning and protection of austenitic stainless steels. Stainless steels must contain the minimum of 10.5% chromium. During TIG welding of steels, heat energy is input into the weld, which is why the upper protective layer is damaged and oxidized – heat colored. This layer is porous and does not protect the base metal from corrosion, so it must be removed mechanically and/or chemically. The choice of cleaning process depends on the client's requirements, production or from the desired quality of the finished surface. We prepared two different forms of test welds. Test A is butt-welded with an unwelded root, and test B is butt-welded at an angle of 60° from both sides. We cleaned the tests with eight different cleaning processes, at the end we compared the speed of cleaning and analyzed the quality of the cleaned surface. |
