Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisano meroslovje in merilni sistemi. Predstavljen je način, kako pravilno analizirati merilni sistem, da je sposoben za naloge, ki se z njim opravljajo. Narejena je tudi analiza, kako merilni sistem vpliva na stroške v podjetju in kakšne so njegove koristi. Opisana je tudi analiza MSA. S pomičnim merilom smo merili ALU kocko in razmak kontaktov, ter s postopkoma tipa 1 in tipa 2 ugotovili, ali je merilni sistem sposoben.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis describes metrology and measurement systems. It is described a way of properly analyzing the measuring system to be capable of the tasks performed with it is presented. An analysis is also made of how the measurement system affects the costs in the company and what its benefits are. MSA analysis is also described. The Alu cube and the distance between the contacts were measured with a caliper, and the ability of the measuring system was determined using the type 1 and type 2 procedures.
