Abstract
Grafi so uporabna struktura za predstavitev podatkov na različnih področjih. Vse večji pomen dobivajo na področju upravljanja s kadri. Predstavitev podatkov o zaposlenih v obliki omrežja omogoča nov pogled na podatke. Na ta način je mogoče odkriti skrite interakcije, poiskati odgovore na različna vprašanja, kot so razporeditev zaposlenih, izboljšanje komunikacije znotraj podjetja ali pa najti "skrite talente". V okviru diplomske naloge je bila izdelana prototipna aplikacija, v kateri lahko uporabnik vizualizira podatke o zaposlenih v obliki omrežja, pri čemer pogoj, na podlagi katerega so ustvarjene povezave v grafu, vnese uporabnik sam. Za vnos izrazov za gradnjo grafov je bil ustvarjen preprost domensko specifičen jezik. Poleg tega lahko uporabnik v ustvarjenem omrežju poišče določenega strokovnjaka.

Graphs are a useful structure for presenting data in various fields. They are gaining more importance in the field of human resources management. The presentation of employee data in the form of a network enables a new view of the data. In this way, it is possible to discover hidden interactions, find answers to various questions, such as the distribution of employees, improve communication within the company or find "hidden talents". As part of the diploma thesis, a prototype application was created in which the user can visualize data about employees in the form of a network, whereby the condition on the basis of which connections are made in the graph is entered by the user himself. A mini domain specific language was created to enter graph construction expressions. In addition, the user can search for a specific expert in the created network. |
