Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje sistema strojnega vida in načrtovanje sistema s senzorji za kontrolo prenosa pretisnih omotov. Cilj obeh sistemov je prepoznati napačno izbite pretisne omote in posledično olajšati in pohitriti delo operaterja na proizvodni liniji. Za sistem strojnega vida so predstavljeni trije različni algoritmi, primerjava algoritmov med seboj ter primerjava obeh načrtovanih sistemov. Na koncu so podane smernice za implementacijo posameznih sistemov v podjetje ter podani zaključni sklep raziskovanja.

Secondary title: Development of a machine vision system for blister transfer control in the company Lek d.d.
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the design of a machine vision system and the design of a system with sensors for pretisni omot transfer control. The goal of both systems is to identify incorrectly punched pretisni omots and consequently facilitate and speed up the work of the operator on the production line. Three different algorithms are presented for the machine vision system, a comparison of the algorithms with each other and a comparison of the two planned systems. At the end, guidelines are given for the implementation of individual systems in the company and the final conclusion of the research is given.
