diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Družba LTH Ulitki se s konkurenčno proizvodnjo in visoko donosnostjo umešča med vodilna evropska podjetja v izdelkih iz aluminija in magnezija za potrebe avtomobilske industrije. Njeno poslanstvo so obvladovanje celotnega procesa ulivanja in obdelave ulitkov, površinske zaščite in montaže manjših sestavov, načrtovanje in izdelava orodij, stimuliranje litja in toplotna obdelava jekla.
Diplomsko delo zajema teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu predstavimo ključne faze v procesu zaposlovanja kadrov, predvsem pa smo osredotočeni na pridobivanje in izbiranje kadrov. V empiričnem delu opišemo podjetja LTH Ulitki d.o.o., v našem primeru se osredotočimo na poslovno enoto v Sloveniji, ki ima dva sedeža, in sicer v Škofji Loki in Ljubljani. Analiziramo gibanja o obsegu in strukturi zaposlovanja v podjetju in podrobno opišemo praktične postopke v procesu izbiranja in uvajanja novih delavcev v podjetju ter zaključimo z nekaj predlogi za izboljšavo.

ABSTRACT
Due to its competitive production and high profitability, the company LTH Castings d.o.o. is considered one of the leading European companies in the production of aluminium and magnesium parts for automobile industry. Its mission includes mastering the whole process of die casting and treatment of castings, surface protection and assembly of smaller structures, planning and production of tools, stimulation of foundry casting, and heat treatment of steel.
This diploma thesis consists of the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, key phases in the process of staff recruitment are presented, with the emphasis on the acquisition and selection of staff. The empirical part provides a description of the company LTH Castings d.o.o., with the emphasis on the business unit in Slovenia, which consists of two production sites, one in Skofja Loka and the other one in Ljubljana. In the thesis, the movement of the range and structure of the recruitment process in the company is analysed and a detailed description of practical procedures in the process of the selection and training of new employees is presented, and in the end, some suggestions for improvements are provided |
