Abstract

Secondary title: Economic consequences of the war in Ukraine and ethical aspects of doing business with Russia
Secondary abstract: In the month of February, the war in Ukraine started, which is still going on at the time of writing the assignment. This is the first war on European ground since World War II. In response, shortly after the attack, countries from all over the world began imposing sanctions on Russia in order to end the war with them as quickly as possible. Because of the different economic connections between Russia and other countries, each feels different consequences. The countries of the European Union are among those that feel the economic effects of the war the most, in addition to the countries that are at war with each other, due to their heavy dependence on Russian trade in gas and other goods. In addition to the country, some companies also imposed sanctions against Russia.
