Abstract
Zaključno delo se osredotoča na izraženost kompetenc plesnih pedagogov, delujočih v okviru Javnega sklada Republike Slovenije za kulturno dejavnost. Obravnavali smo kompetence, ki jih potrebujejo učitelji v sodobni plesni umetnosti in so potrebne za otrokov razvoj. Prikazane so teoretične osnove performativne umetnosti – ustvarjalni gib, plesni pedagog, kompetence in kompetenčni model. Predstavljena je tehnika kvantitativne raziskave z uporabo metode anketiranja, ki smo jo z deduktivno, deskriptivno, empirično in metodo analize povezali v kompetenčni model plesnega učitelja. Preizkus je obsegal manjši vzorec strokovnjakov iz plesnega področja Slovenije, kar nam daje uporabnost rezultatov. Izraženost osebnih in razvojnih kompetenc so realni kazalniki, da sodobni plesni pedagogi veliko vlagajo v celostno poučevanje.

The final work focuses on the expression of the competences of dance pedagogues working within the framework of the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for cultural activities. We discussed the competencies that teachers need in modern dance art and that are necessary for children's development. The theoretical foundations of performative art are shown - creative movement, dance pedagogue, competences and competence model. The technique of quantitative research using the survey method is presented, which we combined with the deductive, descriptive, empirical and analysis method into the competence model of the dance teacher. The test consisted of a small sample of surveyed experts from the dance field of Slovenia, which gives us the usefulness of the results. The expression of personal and developmental competences is a real indicator that modern dance pedagogues invest a lot in holistic teaching. |
