Abstract

Voda kot hidravlična kapljevina daje visoko gostoto moči in velja za najčistejšo in splošno najuporabnejšo kapljevino na svetu. Ima zelo dobro odpornost proti požarni nevarnosti in je okolju prijazna. V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali posebno vodno-hidravlično preizkuševališče namenjeno razvoju aksialnih batnih črpalk s spremenljivo iztisnino. Aksialne batne črpalke se uporabljajo za visoke pretoke in tlake ter pri nizkih momentih in visokih vrtilnih frekvencah. Črpalko poganja motor, ki preko gredi prenaša vrtilni moment na boben, znotraj katerega so bati. Na koncu vsakega bata je drsni čevelj, ki drsi po nagibni plošči, s tem bat translatorno potuje v smeri gredi. Osredotočili smo se na dva tribološka para - stik bata z bobnom in stik drsnega čevlja z nagibno ploščo. Testiran bat bo drsel v puši, ki bo zamenljiva in bo lahko iz različnih materialov. Osnovni cilj je bil, da bi opazovali obrabo puše in nagibne plošče ter puščanje hidravlične kapljevine na obeh triboloških parih. Naredili smo trdnostne izračune, s katerimi smo dokazali, da zasnova preizkuševališča zdrži pri dani obremenitvi. V odvisnosti od vrtilne frekvence smo pri vsakem kotu nagibne plošče izračunali hitrost in gib bata, hidravlično moč, vrtilni moment, pretok in iztisnino v posameznih vodih preizkuševališča.

Secondary abstract: Water as a hydraulic fluid provides a high power density and is considered the cleanest and most useful fluid in the world. It has very good fire resistance and is environmentally friendly. As part of the thesis, we designed a special water hydraulic test rig intended for the development of axial piston pumps with variable displacement. Axial piston pumps are used for high flow rates and pressures, and also for small torques and high rotational frequencies. The pump is driven by the motor, which transmits the torque through the shaft to the drum, in which the pistons are located. At the end of each piston there is a sliding shoe that slides on the swash plate with which the piston moves in the direction of the shaft. We focused on two tribological pairs - the contact of the piston with the drum and the contact of the sliding shoe with the swash plate. The tested piston slides in a bushing, which is interchangeable and can be made of different materials. The main objective was to observe the wear of the bushing and the swash plate, as well as the leakage of hydraulic fluid on both tribological pairs. We performed strength calculations to prove that the design of the test rig can support the given load. Depending on the rotation frequency, we calculated the speed and movement of piston, hydraulic power, torque, flow and displacement in each flow channel of the test rig at each angle of the swash plate.
