Abstract

Akustični dušilci za izpihovanje zraka skozi šobo se uporabljajo pri različnih sistemih, kjer stisnjen zrak ekspandira v prostor. V nalogi smo primerjali rešitve na obstoječem dušilcu za izpihovanje zraka na osnovi granuliranega materiala. Želeli smo oceniti vpliv granuliranega materiala na znižanje hrupnosti. Opravili smo vrsto meritev, katere smo računsko ovrednotili. Preliminarni izračuni nakazujejo da se z manjšanjem velikosti granularnih zrn povečuje učinek dušenja hrupa. Najbolj učinkovita rešitev je zmanjšala raven hrupa za okoli 10 dBA. S spremembo geometrije obstoječega dušilca bi lahko še dodatno optimizirali njegovo učinkovitost.

Secondary abstract: Acoustic silencers for compressed air are used in various systems where compressed air expands into the room. In the task, we compared the solutions on the existing acoustic silencer with added granular materials. We wanted to evaluate the influence of granular materials on noise reduction. We performed a series of measurements, of which we computationally evaluated. Preliminary calculations show that as the size of the granular grains decreases, the noise dampening effect develops. The most effective solution reduced the noise level by around 10 dBA. By changing the geometry of the existing silencer, its efficiency could be further optimized.
