Abstract

Vsebina zaključne naloge temelji na digitalni korelaciji slik, s katero pomerimo polja pomikov in deformacij v obremenjenih izdelkih. Digitalno pridobljene podatke nato uporabimo za določitev obremenitev v izdelku, s katerimi lahko napovemo življenjsko dobo in nosilnost izdelka. Zaradi različnosti materialov v večini primerov reološke zveze in materialni parametri niso znani, zato ne moremo določiti polja napetosti. Če lahko predpostavimo izotropnost materiala in posledično sousmerjenost deformacij in napetosti lahko določimo napetostno stanje z uporabo metode končnih razlik.

Secondary title: Computation of stress field from measured strain field
Secondary abstract: The content of the final assignment is based on the Digital Image Correlation (DIC), with which we compare the displacement and deformation fields in loaded products. The digitally acquired data, we then use to determine the loads in the product, which can be used to predict the products lifespan and load capacity. Due to the variety of materials, in most cases the rheological relationships and material parameters are unknown, so we cannot determine the stress field. If we can assume the isotropic nature of the material and the consequent co-linearity of strains and stresses, we can determine the stress field using the finite difference method.
