Abstract

Tračni transporter je nepogrešljiv sestavni element v velikih proizvodnjah, saj omogoča transport izdelkov med posameznimi delovnimi procesi in tako pohitri celoten proces proizvodnje. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno snovanje namenskega tračnega transporterja. Na začetku so opisane teoretične osnove posameznih elementov, predstavljene so osnovne razdelitve, čemur sledi bolj podrobna razlaga tematike, ki sem jo uporabil pri snovanju. V nadaljevanju je predstavljen proces snovanja, ki zajema konstruiranje nosilnega ogrodja. Sledi kratek opis snovanja sestavnih elementov, natančna opredelitev koncepta delovanja in krmiljenja, snovanje sheme povezav elektro komponent ter programiranje frekvenčnega pretvornika. Rezultat projekta je izdelan tračni transporter, ki v procesu proizvodnje furnirnih plošč opravlja pomembno funkcijo transporta plošč iz sušilnice do delavca.

Secondary abstract: A conveyor belt is an indispensable component in large scale plants, as it enables the transport of products between individual work processes, thus speeding up the entire production process. The thesis presents the design of a dedicated conveyor belt. It starts with the description of the theoretical base for each element, presents the basic breakdowns and then elaborates on the themes used in the design. The design process, which includes the construction of the superstructure, is presented below, followed by a brief description of the design of the constituent elements. Precise definition of the operation concept and control, designed of the connection scheme of the electrical components and programing the frequency inverter to ensure that the conveyor operation meets the costumers requirements. The project has resulted the belt conveyor that performs the important function of transporting the panels from the drying machine to worker in the veneer panel production process.
