Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema kreiranje in programsko vodenje kompleksnega industrijskega transportnega procesa. Sistem je kreiran v programskem okolju Factory I/O in je krmiljen preko Siemensovega virtualnega programirljivega logičnega krmilnika (PLK) PLCSIM. Program je pisan v programskem okolju TIA Portal, v programskem jeziku LAD. Glavni nalogi transportnega sistema sta, najprej sortiranje dveh različnih škatel, kasneje še paletizacija manjše škatle na paleto. Pomemben je prikaz pravilnega delovanja sistema po zahtevah modernih industrijskih standardov.

Secondary abstract: The thesis covers creation and program management of a complex industrial transport process. System is creatd in Factory I/O programming environment and is controlled via the Siemens virtual programmable logic controller (PLC) PLCSIM. Program is written in programming environment TIA Portal in programming language LAD. Main tasks of the system are, firstly, sorting of two different boxes and later palletizing of a smaller box on the pallet. It is important to demonstrate the correct operation of system according to the requirements of modenrn industryal standards.
