diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Tema diplomskega dela je zaposlovanje diplomantov Fakultete za organizacijske vede (v nadaljevanju FOV). Vsi vemo, da je zaposlovanje diplomantov v današnjem času velik problem. Čedalje več je iskalcev zaposlitve s terciarno izobrazbo, delodajalci na trgu dela pa ne morejo vsakemu posamezniku zagotoviti ustrezno zaposlitev.
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej opredelili zaposlovanje mladih in s tem povezane dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zaposlitev mladih in značilnosti mladih. V nadaljevanju je predstavljen položaj mladih na trgu delovne sile. Omenili smo tudi nekaj načinov iskanja zaposlitve. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni ukrepi za povečanje zaposljivosti mladih. Poglavje pa smo zaključili z opisom Kariernega centra (v nadaljevanju KC) FOV. V raziskovalnem delu smo s pomočjo anket, namenjenim diplomantom FOV, ugotavljali kakšne so njihove zaposlitvene možnosti, ali jim je pri iskanju zaposlitve pomagalo dejstvo, da so opravljali obvezno strokovno prakso oz. so imeli druge predhodne izkušnje, s katerimi problemi so se soočali pri iskanju zaposlitve, kako pogosto se diplomanti odločajo za podiplomski študij in kako pomembno se jim zdi pridobljeno znanje na fakulteti pri pridobitvi zaposlitve. S pomočjo anket, ki smo jih posredovali morebitnim delodajalcem, pa smo ugotavljali koliko diplomantov FOV je pri njih zaposlenih, ali obstajajo potrebe po zaposlovanju diplomantov FOV in ali dobivajo veliko njihovih prošenj za delo. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kaj jim je pri zaposlovanju bolj pomembno: znanje pridobljeno pri izobraževanju ali praktične izkušnje.
Na koncu raziskave smo prišli do spodbudnih zaključkov, saj so rezultati pokazali, da je položaj diplomantov FOV na trgu delovne sile dober. Presenetilo nas je dejstvo, da je tretjina diplomantov FOV že imela zaposlitev pred zaključkom študija.
Predloge za izboljšanje dejanskega stanja smo podali na podlagi rezultatov, ki smo jih dobili s pomočjo raziskave.

The aim of the thesis is related to the employment of graduates of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FOV). Nowadays the employment of graduates is major problem because there are always more job seekers with tertiary education. Employers can't provide enough workplaces for all of them.
The thesis is divided into theoretical and research works. In the theoretical part of the thesis we define the employment of youth and the factors that effect on employment of young people and their characteristics. Afterwards we present status of youth in the labor market and ways how youth can find their first employment. We also present actions that can increase the employability of young people. At the end of the theoretical part we describe the Career Centre (KC) FOV. The research work was done using surveys that were intended to the graduates of FOV. Through these surveys we analyze their job prospects, if they had any advantages in finding employment because they did their professional practice or they had any other previous work experience, which problems were they faced with in finding job, how often they decide for the postgraduate study and how they fell about knowledge importance for getting a job. Through surveys that were provided to potential employers we analyze how many graduates of the FOV are employed in their company, if there are any requirements for employment of graduates of the FOV and if they receive many employment requests. We also asked them what they find more important: the knowledge or work experiences.
At the end of the thesis we came to the encouraging conclusion. The results showed that the position of the graduates of FOV in the labor market is good. We were also surprised by the fact that a third of graduates of FOV already had a job before the end of their study.
We also mentioned out proposals to improve the actual employment situation of youth as a result of the research work. |
