Arhitekturna zasnova raziskovalno-razvojnega kompleksa v Čakovcu

Abstract

Pred približno desetimi leti se je območje vojašnice v Čakovcu začelo prenavljati in spreminjati v poslovno cono, a več kot polovica območja še vedno ostaja degradirana. Tema magistrskega dela izhaja iz ideje o raziskovalno razvojnem kompleksu v središču Međimurske županije. Projektna naloga se osredotoča na revitalizacijo vzhodne meje mesta Čakovec in širitev poslovnega parka, ki bo središče poslovnega dogajanja celotne županije. Zasnova kompleksa predstavlja koncept urbane regeneracije degradiranega območja vojašnice, ki s svojo obliko ne vdira v prostor, temveč dopolnjuje javne in zelene površine. Zaključna ideja arhitekturne zasnove je povezati zunanjost z notranjostjo, spodbuditi uporabnike k večji interakciji in razmišljanju 'out of the box'. Temelji na dveh delih − poslovna cona in stanovanja, ki se ponujajo zaposlenim in s tem ustvarjajo skupne intimne dele za uporabnika, ki mu ponujajo zasebno in javno povezavo skozi interakcijo med službo in domom. Zaokrožuje že začeti razvoj poslovnega parka in daje mestu dodatno vrednost.

Secondary abstract:	About 10 years ago, the site of the barracks in Čakovec began renovating and turned into a business zone, but more than half of the site still remains derelict. The topic of the master's thesis comes from the idea of a research & development complex in the very center of Međimurje County. The project task focuses on the revitalization of the eastern border of the town of Čakovec and the expansion of the business park, which will be the heart of business activity for the entire county. Complex design represents urban regeneration of the degraded area of the barracks, which with its new shape does not invade the space, but complements public and green areas. The final idea of the architectural design is to connect the exterior with the interior, encourage users to interact more and think 'out of the box'. It is based on two parts - a business zone + apartments, which are offered to employees and thereby create common intimate space for the user, offering them a private and public connection through the interaction between work and home. It completes the already started development of the business park and gives the city additional value.
