Abstract

Obstoječa pravna ureditev področja nekonvencionalne medicine je v Sloveniji urejena pomanjkljivo in nezadovoljivo ter zato potrebna korenite posodobitve in prenove. Trenutno veljavna zakonodaja, izvajanje nekonvencionalnih metod zdravljenja, namenja zgolj zdravilcem in obenem omejuje terapevtsko svobodo zdravnikom, saj je izvajanje vseh ostalih metod, ki ne sodijo na področje konvencionalne medicine, za njih prepovedano.

Secondary abstract: The existing legal regulation of the field of non-conventional medicine in Slovenia is insufficiently and unsatisfactory, which is why radical updates and renovations are needed. The current legislation, the implementation of non-conventional methods of treatment, which refers only to traditional healers and at the same time limits the therapeutic freedom of medical doctors, since the implementation of all other methods that do not belong to the field of conventional medicine is prohibited for them.
