Abstract

V teoretičnem delu smo se seznanili z glampingom, razvojem kampov in pomenom butičnega v arhitekturi. Analizirali smo kontekst prostora, upoštevali naravne danosti in izhodišča. Rezultat analitičnega dela je funkcionalna idejna zasnova sodobnega počitniškega naselja v naravi – butičnega glampinga. Zasnovali smo povezavo z arhitekturo in naravo.

Secondary abstract: The Posočje region is a Slovenian pearl that offers a lot to visitors throughout the year. It is an area of natural beauty, tradition and peace, which attracts more and more visitors every year. Tourism has been developing rapidly here for several years, thanks to the Soča Valley Tourism Institute, which has been successfully marketing Posočje and attracting visitors from all over the world. The number of visitors is increasing, creating a need for new accommodations that are suitable for the area. In 2019, the Soča Valley joined the Slovenian Green Tourism Scheme, and since 2020 it has been the bearer of the gold Slovenia Green Destination label, which demonstrates that it is an environmentally and socially friendly destination. The demand for attractive and comfortable holidays in close contact with nature is high and increasing over the years, but unfortunately there are only a few accommodation providers in the area that coincide with the green concept and at the same time offer a high standard of accommodation. The Soča Valley impresses with its natural wonders and diverse possibilities for an active holiday in unspoilt nature in a relatively small area. It is a destination that has much to offer all year round and deserves the design of accommodation complexes that are respectful of nature and the surrounding area, which is an excellent starting point for the development of boutique tourism and glamping resorts. The master thesis discusses the infrastructural problems of the tourist potential of Posočje. In the theoretical part, we learned about glamping, the development of campsites and the meaning of boutique in architecture. We have analysed the context of the place, taking into account the natural features and the starting points. The result of the analytical work is a functional conceptual design of a modern holiday village in nature - a boutique glamping. We have designed a connection with architecture and nature. We have renovated an existing homestead, bringing it back to life and giving it new functions that complement the glamping offer. We have tried to respect the site and integrate the elements into a whole that is in context with the space and implements the characteristics of the area.
