Abstract

Zaradi vedno večje konkurence spletnih trgovin in vedno večje ponudbe izdelkov je danes ključnega pomena izbira novih tehnik in orodij digitalnega marketinga, saj tako lahko optimiziramo poslovanje podjetja in posledično tudi prepoznavnost znamke. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili uporabo Google Adwords storitve za pospeševanje prodaje v spletni trgovini www.kwood.si. Podrobno smo predstavili Google Adwords storitev ter izvedli meritve prodaje izdelkov za primerjanje različnih načinov digitalnega marketinga. Pri oglaševanju spletne trgovine smo uporabili brezplačno grafično orodje Canva, ter SEO optimizacijo, za brezplačen organski prihod strank na spletno mesto. V zaključku diplomske naloge so predstavljeni rezultati uporabe Google Adwords storitve v primerjalni tabeli, ki prikazuje povečanje prodaje za uporabo posameznega orodja za digitalni marketing. Na podlagi ugotovitev diplomske naloge smo podali priporočila za podjetje, za razširitev digitalnega oglaševanja na nova orodja digitalnega marketinga ter povečanje ponudbe izdelkov spletne trgovine.

Secondary title: Using google awords service to increase sales in online store kwood
Secondary abstract: Due to the growing competition of online stores and the growing range of products, today it is crucial to choose new techniques and tools of digital marketing, as this can optimize the company's operations and, consequently, brand recognition. In this thesis, we presented the use of Google Adwords sales promotion service in the online store www.kwood.si. We presented the Google Adwords service in detail, and performed measurements in sales of products to compare different ways of digital marketing. When advertising the online store, we used the free graphic tool Canva, and SEO optimization, for free organic traffic of customers to the site. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis, the results of using the Google Adwords service are presented in a comparative table, which shows the increase in sales for the use of an individual tool for digital marketing. Based on the findings of the diploma thesis, we gave recommendations for the company to expand digital advertising to new digital marketing tools and increase the product range of the online store.
