Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bo najprej opisan cilj same naloge. Temu sledi kratka predstavitev podjetja. Pred izvajanjem kakršnihkoli preizkusov bo opisano še teoretično ozadje plazemskega varjenja, navarjanja ter izvedenih preizkusov za splošno razumevanje tematike. Nato bo po korakih detajlno opisano eksperimentalno delo od začetka izdelave plošče z navarom do vseh analiz in preizkusov. Po vseh opravljenih preizkusih bodo predstavljeni rezultati: nateznih preizkusov, udarne žilavosti in meritve trdote. Narejena bo tudi analiza mikrostrukture navara.

Secondary title: Investigation of Cladweld from Stellite 21 on Austenitic Stainless Steel
Secondary abstract: The thesis will first describe the objective of the task itself. This will be followed by a brief presentation of the company. Before performing any tests, the theoretical background of plasma welding, cladding and tests performed for a general understanding of the subject will be described. Then, step-by-step experimental work will be described in detail from the beginning of the production of the cladding plate to all analyses and tests. After all the tests have been performed, the results will be presented: tensile tests, impact toughness and hardness measurements. Analysis of the microstructure will also be carried out.
