Abstract

V prvem delu so predstavljene značilnosti sistema.

Secondary title: MicroLabBox and preparation of B-H characteristics measuring system
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents MicroLabBox – a simulation platform for real-time applications with the ability to include hardware in the simulation loop and the preparation of a system for measuring magnetic hysteresis loops. At the beginning of the thesis key features of the system are introduced. They are followed by a presentation of the main steps of creating a project in which the roles of programs Matlab, Simulink and ControlDesk are shown more clearly. The first two are used for creating a model and the third one is used as a graphical interface. In the last chapter, which is the experimental part of the work, the preparation of the measuring system is presented. The measurement method is based on transformer induced voltage. MicroLabBox is used to generate a sinusoidal voltage of desired frequency. With the use of an amplifier, it magnetizes the ferromagnetic core and simultaneously records magnetizing current and induced voltage. Recorded signals are needed to calculate magnetic flux density and magnetic field strength in the function of time. With them, the magnetic hysteresis loop is plotted in a graphical interface unit and magnetic iron losses are calculated. For a demonstration of the developed application different measurements of magnetic core losses were performed and recorded. The results are presented in the last part of the thesis.
