Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je bil sestaviti merilni sistem, ki vključuje univerzalni merilnik ISKRA MC740 s serijskim izhodom in programirljivi logični krmilnik Siemens SIMATIC S7-1214. Za povezavo merilnika in krmilnika je bilo treba programirljivi logični krmilnik razširiti s komunikacijskim modulom SIEMENS CM1241, ki omogoča prenos podatkov po serijskem komunikacijskem protokolu RS485. Velik poudarek v diplomskem delu je tudi na pretvorbi merilnih rezultatov iz merilnika v ustrezen format, prilagojen okolju krmilnika. Na koncu je oblikovan še uporabniški vmesnik za prikaz osnovnih podatkov na zaslonu na dotik.

Secondary abstract: The goal of the thesis was to build a measurement sistem that includes an energy meter ISKRA MC740 with a serial output and a programmable logic controller (PLC) Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200. In order to connect the energy meter and the PLC, the PLC had to be expanded with a communication modul SIEMENS CM1241, which enables data transfer via serial RS485 communication protocol. A great emphasis in thesis is also on the measurement data conversion from the energy meter to appropriate data type, that is suitabe for the PLC enviroment. Finnaly a user interface is designed to display basic data on the touch screen.
