diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija, smer Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
Prav zaradi pomembnosti v konkurenčnosti, uspešnosti in kadrovanju v velikih podjetjih kot je Perutnina Ptuj sem se odločil za raziskavo te teme. Podjetja, ki poslujejo uspešno, se zavedajo, da stagnacija v razvoju pomeni nazadovanje, zaostajanje za konkurenti pa stagnacijo.
Cilji in naloge so ugotoviti vlogo operativnega managementa in vlogo kadrov v izbranem podjetju. Velikokrat se mi postavljajo vprašanja, kako tako velika podjetja ohranjajo tehnološko prednost ali prednost v izdelku leto dni? Kako srednji in nižji kader, s svojim razmišljanjem vpliva na podjetje? Kakšna je torej funkcija operativnega managementa v podjetju?
Predstavil bom obstoječi sistem operativnega managementa in vlogo kadrovanja ter skušal ugotoviti pomanjkljivosti ter predlagati izboljšave za podjetje Perutnina Ptuj d. d.

I chose to research this topic because of the importance of competitiveness, efficiency and staffing in large enterprises such as Perutnina Ptuj d. d. Successful companies are aware that the stagnation in the development can lead to decline and stagnation.
The goal of this work is to identify the role of operational management and the role of staff in the chosen company. I ask myself how large companies can maintain technological advantage. How middle and lower personnel impact on company thinking? What is the role of the operational management in the company?
I will introduce the existing system of operational management and the importance of human resources for the company Perutnina Ptuj d. d. I will also identify their weaknesses and propose improvements. |
